Career Opportunities

A year of service as a City Year corps member will provide you with many opportunities to develop skills that will benefit you in any career. Many employers also recognize these skills, and actively recruit our alumni. As a result, City Year has developed several partnerships with companies and organizations that hire and give preference to City Year alumni.

Career Paths

Leadership After City Year Partnerships

Leadership After City Year (LACY) Partnerships are employers who partner with City Year that value the leadership skills and service experience that corps members gain during their City Year. For many employers, a year of service with City Year strengthens a candidate's application and chances for being selected.
