Average rental cost for a 2-5 bedroom apartment is $275-$500/month for each person. AmeriCorps members typically live in Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Lakewood, and Cleveland City Proper.

Public transportation passes are not provided for AmeriCorps members. The majority of AmeriCorps members bring a personal vehicle or carpool with teammates. Cleveland’s public transit system is very reliable and efficient.
