CSX sponsors teams of City Year AmeriCorps members in all locations and completes service projects throughout the country with Care Force.
Bank of America has named City Year Cleveland as its inaugural partner for the Bank of America Neighborhood Builders program in Ohio. The program recognizes City Year's work in supporting local youth achieving high levels of academic success and in breaking down stereotypical barriers that exist in the realm of education. Neighborhood Builders combines leadership development resources with flexible funding intended to help increase their capacity and impact in the Northeast Ohio community.
AT&T is committed to advancing education, strengthening communities and improving lives. Through its community initiatives, AT&T has a long history of investing in projects that create learning opportunities; promote academic and economic achievement; or address community needs. AT&T Aspire is AT&T’s signature philanthropic initiative that drives innovation in education by bringing diverse resources to bear on the issue including funding, technology, employee volunteerism, and mentoring. Through Aspire, they’ve passed the $250 million mark on our plan to invest $350 million in education from 2008-2017. City Year Cleveland has been selected as one of 18 recipients nationwide that will share in $10 million from AT&T through the Aspire Connect to Success Competition.
For nearly 20 years, RPM has served as program sponsor to City Year Cleveland. The Cleveland program, which RPM executives helped launch in 1996, has graduated more than 1,300 young adults who have provided nearly 1.5 million hours of service.
