Housing

Average rental cost for a 2 bedroom is $800-$1000/month. AmeriCorps members typically live in Little Haiti, Little Havana, Homestead, Upper Eastside, Liberty City Year, downtown, and South Miami and have roommates. 


Transportation

AmeriCorps members receive a free Miami Dade Transit pass each month. The Miami Dade Transit primarily consist of buses and trains. AmeriCorps members are encouraged to bring a car if they have one.
